Linda Rush Turria, CPA has been a resident of the Carson Valley for 12 years.  Prior to starting the firm of Patterson, Rush and Co. with her partner in 1988, she worked for a local CPA firm, and was controller and production control manager for a division of Thiokol, Inc. Linda graduated from Cal Poly, SLO with a degree in Animal Science, and received a Master’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. She taught high school Agriculture, Science and Chemistry prior to receiving her accounting education from UNR, the University of Alaska, Anchorage and Sacramento State University. Her background also includes acting as Administrative Assistant to the Liaison VP, Merrill Lynch Operations Center, San Francisco, Office Manager of a Trucking Company and Manager of a feed store.
